Dump the Energy Drinks
With all of the energy drinks available on the market it is hard not to get sucked into all of their hype. More research is beginning to indicate that these energy drinks are very unhealthy for you. These energy drinks are recipies for big crashes and nothing more. They are jam packed with sugars and caffeine and not much more. So what alternatives to you have to get the bounce back in your step? The first thing you can consider doing is making sure you get enough sleep. Over all our country is very low in sleep. This will cause you to slow down in your daily life. If you consistantly stay sleep deprived, you may begin to feel depressed. This can become a vicious cycle. The second thing you can consider is using some aromatherapy to pep up your senses. High quality essential oils are great to stimulate and energize you. To liven up your senses use lemon, grapefruit, sweet orange, and lavender to name a few. Please don't even put essential oil directly onto your skin. (Please learn some things about essential oils safety if you decide to use essential oils.) Put a few drops of essential oil on a cotton ball and let the scent energize you. Try hitting the gym at lunch time. This is a great way to feel energised for the rest of the afternoon. If you find you can't fit in a run to the gym, consider getting up and stretching through out the day every few hours. Getting your blood moving to get your energy levels up. Just say NO! In general people overload their schedules and it causes them nothing but pain. We can't run at this high pace for very long before we begin to tire. The more go go go we do the more tired we get. Make it a goal to cut down by one thing a week or even better if you can manage it one thing a day. Skip the energy drinks and try to make positive healthy changes in your life instead. Wouldn't it be great if you could gain so much energy just from making minute changes? Well this is exactly what you can do.
